Salon and Galley

As you enter the salon down 3 steps from the aft deck immediately to starboard is  a very functional U-shaped galley with ample countertop space, storage over and under, Summit side by side stainless refrigerator freezer built in above counter at eye level. the galley features a double stainless sink, GE Profile microwave oven, Galley Maid three burner 120-volt stove with oven and broiler, Trash compactor and the forward galley counter serves as a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. the salon is bright and cheerful due to large side windows and a light maple/birch interior woodwork. There is wood flooring throughout interior. To port is a stylish sofa and to starboard there is a comfortable chair. The salon features Flat screen TV and Stereo and there are ample storage compartment lockers.

Guest Stateroom and Head 

Forward of the salon and down a couple steps to port is the day/guest head with access via companionway and private entry into guests stateroom. Across to starboard is a large closet.  The guest stateroom is forward and features good sized vee berths, hanging lockers and generous storage. There is a private entrance to guest head. guest head features stall shower, vanity and electric head.

Master Stateroom

Aft of the galley is the spacious master stateroom with queen walkaround berth, generous storage in lockers and drawers. Flat screen TV, large opening window in transom for fresh air. The large ensuite head features a tub/shower, vanity, medicine cabinet and electric head 

The aft deck area has a fiberglass hardtop and is the location to gather to enjoy the weather and scenery and stay shielded from the sun. There is a built in wet bar with sink, refrigerator/icemaker and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy wine and cheese while observing your waterfront surroundings.  There is a boarding gate aft to access the swim platform or to lower the dinghy for a cruise or quick trip ashore.  The aft deck is fully enclosed but rolls up to enjoy nice weather.

The dinghy is a 1 year old West Marine RIB 310/ 10' 2" /No outboard as it was recently stolen when owners were up north and the dinghy is stored on an electric/hydraulic davit for easy in/out of the water.

FlyBridge

Up a couple steps to the flying bridge you'll find 2 centerline pedestal helm and companion seats.  Aft tp starboard is an L-shaped seating lounge with storage under. The centerline helm gives great operational visibility, the enclosure is in "as new" condition and you can host a large group in comfort underway.  The bridge is fully enclosed to weather and the aft bridgedeck is a great place to store kayaks etc.

Dinghy is a  West Marine RIB 310/ 10' 2"  (1.5 years old)/No outboard as it was recently stolen while owners were away. The tender is secured above the swim platform by an electric/Hydraulic Dingy davit for ease of in/out of the water. Dinghy has never been registered and original Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin will convey to new owners.

DINGHY SPECS: 

A RIB targeted at performance enthusiasts. Our West Marine Single Floor RIB-310 is light, quick to plane and fast.

Weight Conscious: Single-floor design weighs 30 lbs. less than a double-floor model so it’s definitely faster with the same power. At only 113 pounds, it’s easy for two average people to lift out of the water. The boat is rated for a maximum of 15 hp.

Rough Rider: The deep-V fiberglass hull cuts through chop for a dry comfortable ride.
