Down a few steps you'll enter a beautiful laid out Galley featuring GE Dishwasher, Microwave, convection oven, a Princess stove and two subzero refrigerators and freezer units. Adjoining the Galley is a large Salon with large windows creating an airy high visibility living area allowing daylight to fill this wide-open space. Furnished with a new custom L-shaped leather Flexsteel sleeper sofa that adds tasteful accents to this expansive area with comfortable seating, Custom carpeting over beautiful parquet flooring and Interior teak throughout. With three Aqua air conditioners keeping the entire vessel comfortable including the interior helm with a distinctive wooden wheel for inside maneuvering and full instrumentation gives this area that welcoming feeling of luxury.

The Aft Master Suite is beautiful. A centerline queen sized bed with a new master memory foam mattress for added comfort, two full-size closets, plenty of cabinets and drawers for personal items all through the suite. The new Splendide vented washer /dryer is stored in its own cabinetry. An impeccably clean master head and sizeable shower stall that you can easily move freely in is impressive. You will not be disappointed in this Master suite area.

The V-Berth Guest Suite has a queen-sized bed with attached full head that can accommodate any guests staying the night or an extended stay.

The bridge is expansive with over 300 degrees of vessel viewing with access to all displays, radios and engine and throttle controls.

The engine room is accessed through the salon using tilt up-stairs, The engine room has plenty of lights, all mechanicals are spaced well for easy maintenance and repairs, it is very clean and there is a storage area for tools and supplies which include filters, belts and hoses.

I have the pleasure to represent this fine well taken care of vessel ready for its next adventure, ‘Mobile Home’ can bring you wherever you wish to go. She is a proven loop vessel or you can just head over to the Bahamas and relax. As I entered her for the first time, I was impressed by the ease of boarding, one step from the dock onto the wide swim platform and up the unique spiral staircase. I entered the aft deck salon with her hard top and was protected from the hot Florida sun. I was able to see all the way to the bow from my vantage point and made myself comfortable on one of the single patio cushioned seats. As I entered the vessel, stepping down I was met with the comfort of cool air conditioning and noted the nautical feel of the interior with  the beautiful wood wheel at the helm,  To my right was the Galley, the wooden cabinetry was an impressive addition with a Subzero refrigerator freezer enclosed in cabinetry as well.as throughout the yacht. The galley flows into the salon area which a large open area. Forward of the salon is the guest cabin which has a centerline queen bed and illumined closet space, an in-suite head affording any guest the comfort of a 4-star hotel. The captain quarters are exceptional and private, The head has a very large shower area. Washer/dryer are located in one of the several cabinets.

Outside walking along the wide side passageways to the bow which offers plenty of grab rails brings you to the forward deck which allows for more outside entertaining space, anchors, lines and fenders storage. Moving to the bridge and the command area of Mobile Home you have well over 300-degree visibility with the onboard cameras the stern is clearly viewed while underway or during docking maneuvers. The onboard crane and tender storage is on the hard top area aft. This is well maintained and will catch most observers by surprise how tastefully furnished and  finished it is throughout..
