Owner is coming back to land! He singlehanded and Cruised her since 2007. Really nice well equipped Cruiser ready to go back to the Bahamas or wherever. Shallow draft 4'10" wing keel 62' bridge height. 

He is the third owner who took careful care of all systems and enjoyed everyday aboard. Lydia Grace is a two cabin Pullman berth forward and double aft ,two head setup the aft head is electric flush. The solar system maintains all DC systems including the Refrigerator Freezer, LED lighting throughout, Custom cabinets and salon table built by a master craftsman. AC electrical panel is also custom built. the Westerbeke Generator is unique to this boat 1275 hrs and will provide plenty of power while underway or on the hook. Two 16000 btu AC units will cool the boat nicely. The cockpit has a hardtop dodger with removable clear panels. All Raymarine electronics Chartplotter, are networked and has a hardwired VHF radio controller& auto pilot. 

2018 aluminum tender. newer canvas all around the boat, all sails in great condition. ground tackle includes 200' chain on single Taylor anchor and a backup Danforth anchor.  The 50 HP Yanmar 4JH2E engine has 1250  hours. New exhaust riser 2020 and new water pump & impeller 2020.
