1994 Beneteau Oceanis 405

Boat was a charter boat before purchase in 2019, couldn't get to boat until 2023 due to pandemic. Upon arrival to boat repowered her with 1986 Universal 50 diesel engine 5/2023, have had no problems with the engine since it's install, approx. 900hrs on engine, sailed from New York and east coast to Bahamas and back to Florida. New running rigging fall of 2023. Teak done 2024 and hull painted 2024. Has 4 lithium batteries 150 amps each. BNG Chart Plotter new winter 2023. Has new depth finder not installed. Auto Pilot Raymarine came with boat is intermittent. 2 - 50 amp alternators. maximum inverter. Ground tackle 100 ft. chain and 100 ft. rope, 1 anchor and 1 spare anchor. Bimini and Mainsail were damaged during a squall in the seam 4-5 ft. across about 3/4 of the way up seam can be sewn. Inflatable tender with 2.5 Mercury outboard. 3 berths, 2 heads. No AC, no generator, no solar, no davit. Boat is as is and ready for someone to bring her back to like new. Has great potential.
