Just listed; This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of boat building history.
Built in Costa Rica a true example of craftmanship She is a true Cutter with a bowsprit mounted foresail. Teak throughout her she sparkles in the slightest sunshine.
The owners have maintained her to Above average condition along with many upgrades.
This cruising cutter has sailed around the world and is ready to go again. It has just completed a seven-month cruise from Maine through the intercoastal waterway and on the Atlantic Ocean with two of those months in the Bahamas (Grand Bahama, Berry Islands, Nassau, Exumas, Cat Cay, Eleuthera, and the Abacos). This is a beautiful, traditional sailboat designed by W.I.B. Crealock N.A., and built in Costa Rica. It is built to go to sea in safety and comfort and it would be a shame to see it locked into a slip at marina for an extended time. It has been completely upgraded with all new systems including electronics, cockpit enclosure, freshwater pump and water heater, and the teak both inside and out has been professionally restored. With the clipper bow and sprit, trail boards, and graceful lines, there are few boats that compare with the beauty of a Cabo Rico.
