Vindo is a well-known, reputable Swedish builder of quality sailing yachts. Over the last century, the Vindo line of vessels has developed a reputation for impeccable joinery and excellent design, therefore this vessel comes with high pedigree. Thousands of Vindos were built in Sweden by expert craftsmen in the Scandinavian tradition of excellence.The combination of the GRP hull and fine quality teak and mahogany structures elevated Vindo yachts to high stature and put their vessels in strong demand. This Vindo 34 was orginally a racing boat however the new owner with his highly impressive craftsmanship skills has transformed it to a high performance sailing sloop with impressive comfort and sailability - perfect for pleasure cruising.

Vindo is listed in Ferenc Mate's 'The World's Best Sailboats' as being just that ("The worksmanship is so precise that a violin maker couldn't improve on it", and this fine example of Swedish craftsmanship must be seen to be appreciated--her structural and aesthetic beauty are both readily apparent, notice in particular the European craftsmanship evident in the mahogany joinery below (Vindo is often compared to Hinckley). The new owners acquired her in 2013 and extensive work began, which include the following, but not limited to :
